He was rapidly promoted to serve as an Assistant District Attorney in the 49th Judicial District Court, handling serious and high-profile cases that demanded strategic thinking, precision, and advocacy under pressure.

In 2008, Marc founded his own law practice and dedicated his career to helping injured individuals and families whose lives had been disrupted by serious accidents and negligence.
